Website par listed all rates starting prices hain (Scooty ₹500/day*, Bike ₹800/day*, Royal Enfield ₹1,500/day* se start). Final quote aur vehicle availability booking confirmation ke time communicate ki jaati hai.

3. Vehicle Operation & Rider Responsibility

• Rider ke paas valid, permanent Indian driving licence hona compulsory hai.
• Vehicle strictly Government of India aur Uttarakhand State traffic regulations ke according operate hona chahiye.
• Alcohol, narcotics ya kisi illegal activity ke liye vehicle ka use strictly prohibited hai.
• Rider aur pillion dono ke liye helmet pehanna mandatory hai.

4. Damage, Accidents & Security Deposit

Normal wear and tear ko chhodkar, user negligence ya collision se hone wale damage ki liability renter ki hogi. Agar koi security deposit lia gaya ho, toh vehicle ki safe return inspection ke turant baad full amount refund ho jata hai.

5. Jurisdiction

In terms and conditions se related kisi bhi legal claim ya dispute ka settlement exclusively competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand (India) ke jurisdiction mein hoga.
