2. Nature of the Website

HoodiBaba operates as an informational and direct booking enquiry portal for two-wheeler rentals in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. All vehicle availability, price quotes, and reservations are confirmed directly via WhatsApp or phone call prior to vehicle handover.

3. Pricing & Rental Disclaimer

Starting prices shown on the website (scooties from ₹500/day* and motorcycles from ₹800/day*) are indicative base rates. Actual quotes depend on specific model availability, seasonal demand, rental duration, and applicable operational terms. A personalized, fixed all-inclusive quotation is always confirmed in writing via WhatsApp before booking.

4. Driver Licencing & Legal Compliance

Renting and operating a two-wheeler in India requires a valid, original Driving Licence valid for motor vehicles with gear or without gear (as applicable). It is strictly illegal to ride without a valid licence or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The renter assumes 100% legal liability for any violations under the Indian Motor Vehicles Act.

5. Limitation of Liability

HoodiBaba provides well-inspected, roadworthy vehicles. However, motorcycling carries inherent road risks, particularly on mountainous terrain. HoodiBaba, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, weather disruptions, road closures, or indirect damages arising out of the use of our vehicles or reliance on travel guide information.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes relating to rental contracts with HoodiBaba shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
