Security Deposit Policy
A security deposit is generally not required. If applicable, the amount will be confirmed before booking. When applicable, the deposit is refunded promptly following standard vehicle return inspection.
Malsi Pickup & Transit Delivery
Customers can normally collect their vehicle directly from our Malsi location (A-307 Forest Residency, opposite Haldiram and within walking distance of Dehradun Zoo). Transit delivery near Dehradun Railway Station or ISBT may be available for an additional charge, subject to prior coordination.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are typically provided with sufficient fuel to reach the nearest fuel station. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. Fuel costs are borne by the renter.
